GAMES FEST '06date: 9th october
time: 8-12pm
attendance is compulsory.

if anyone wants to represent ignis in the inter-house competitive games, please tell me by thursday so i can sign up for you guys ok?

i think those who are not taking part will have to take part in sports coaching clinics [volleyball, hockey, squash, softball....]

haha, this blog has become my space for loads of crap
anw, i saw this while reading the newpaper today and i thought it was amusing...
it kinda goes like this:
depending on your background, you will view the world differently. Here is an example of how different people view a kiss:
professor of accountancy: a kiss is a credit because it is profitable when returned
professor of geometry: a kiss is the shortest distance between two lips
professor of zoology: a kiss is the interchange of salivary bacteria

and finally, a little PCME
professor of physics: a kiss is the contraction of the mouth due to the expansion of the heart

professor of algebra: a kiss is inifinty because it is two divided by nothing
professor of economics: a kiss is that thing for which the demand is always higher than the supply
that last one was my favourite xD

eh. negative d(chapter)/dt doesnt mean tt studying is a vector leh. it just means tt u can haf a negative value. cos if u haf negative values = vector means money is a vector. or some other weird stuff. haha.

aaron's law of studying:
unit of studying: chapter/s
it is a derived unit. note that studying is a vector, not a scalar. that is because we will obtain a negative d(chapter)/dt when we study out of the linear range. in simpler terms, dont over study or disastrous consequence may occur, like becoming dumber as u study more. thus, aaron's 1st law of studying states that one should not study until he exceeds his limit. study wise =)
unit of mugging: ting yang (tys/day)
(self explanatory)
unit of resting: mol/s
where mol is the increase in the amount of mana/chakra/chi/mp/hp in the duration of break. note that resting is inversely proportionate to studying because the more u study, the slower ur recovery.
unit of slacking: hour
note that 'minutes' and 'seconds' are invalid units of slacking because if one stops work for less than one hour it is called 'resting' not 'slacking'. equation for slacking is:
amount of crap + amount of stone + amount of playing - work done = amount of slacking
if slacking exceeds 1000 X 10^-3 (aka 1) hour, one is slacking too much because promos are just around the corner. also note that the equation need not be homogenous because aaron say so (this does not apply for physics)
ok the above is a load of crap after studying too much. believe it at your own risk!

anyway think today's outing to mr goh's house was very nice and successful!! haha.. got like 17 pple la.. if i'm not wrong.. haha.. hope everyone had fun and today was definitely enriching and fun listening to all the stories and philosophy of life.. hehe..
