What happened to the Australia outing at Kovan?!?!?!? Shaun sponsored and like only 6 people turned up?!?!?!?!? Gosh.........
To Shaun: Maybe you shouldn't sponsor anymore outings, later more people don't want to come. By the way, thanks for the organisation of the entire thing (or maybe the lack of it). :P
Hmm.. I think this shouldn't be a blogpost. Should have been something on the tagboard. Ah well.....
Just trying to make this blog come back to life 'cause it's been ages since we last had that class BBQ. Sheesh. Cheryl should come back SOON so that we can have another class outing.

HELLO PEOPLE!
Many thanks to all those who turned up for the barbeque today! (: Especially those who came early to carry stuff and those who stayed late to clean up! :D
Hope all of you enjoyed the food and company since its really been ages since we all met up! Hopefully we'll get to meet up again soon (or at least you guys do since I'm gonna fly away again soon ): ) or at least make our reunion a yearly affair!

Hello people!
Just an update on the BBQ on Saturday.
I've ordered the food, so it should be about 11-12 bucks per person.
Didn't manage to get them to deliver this time so I'll need people to help come down and carry stuff earlier. (Meet at 4 at Kembangan MRT.) So far, I've got Shaun and Eileen whose confirmed helping out. If anyone else can, please volunteer too! (I'm begging you, cos really quite a lot of stuff to carry! MSG ME OR STH!)
The rest can meet at Kembangan MRT at 6PM then I'll bring you all over to my place. IF YOU'RE COMING LATER THAN THAT PLEASE TELL ME OR SOMEONE ELSE WHOSE COMING ON TIME OK! Thanks.

Here are the confirmed details for the class BBQ, so please mark your calendars and COME COME COME! Before the year starts getting busier and we have no time to meet up again!
Date: Saturday, January 31st
Time: 6.30-11.30 PM (Unless you guys wanna do something else after that too.)
Venue: Kembangan (My condo)
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE RSVP BY THURSDAY (Your previous replies are not counted!) because I will be ordering the food on Friday! No reply means no food for you ok! And if you wanna bring SOMEONE along, do tell me too (: (AHEM AHEM.)
Anyway, as I said on facebook, I'll need people to help me carry food on the day itself if I can't get the place to deliver the food to my house. SO VOLUNTEER OK! (:
Anyway, we should be meeting at 6.30pm at Kembangan MRT. Either I'll bring you there or someone who knows the way will!

Hopefully 2009 has been good to you guys so far! (:
Anyway, I think most of you would have seen the facebook event on the class chalet by now. Since no one so far has said that they can help to book it and its really really last minute right now, I was thinking of changing it to a barbeque which would be easier to plan.. For that, I have 3 dates in mind - either
24th Jan or 31t Jan or 7 Feb. If we settle for a barbeque, it should be at my house if you all dont mind and no one else can come up with anywhere else to go to.. :X

hope christmas had been great for you guys.
and yes the year is about to come to an end. looking back, it has been a year full of ups and downs. from a (singaporean) guy's point of view, ns has really taught us a lot, both in the chiong sua way and the office way. chao geng, eye power, wayang king, all talk no action etc. etc. but more importantly, NS has taught us to really pay closer attention to the things around us, see what is important to us, cherish them (i really don't mind staying in because of this). at times we scream unfair, and yearn how nice it'll be if we needn't serve. but maybe sometime in the future, we'll look back and really thank NS for giving us something school life and working life can never give us.
it'll be 2009 soon. and guys, that precious three-letter word that has been screaming out from deep down inside will come soon.
and one of my friends told me how uni life has really changed the girls somehow. i guess it's true to a certain extent. but from the last time i met up with some of you (sincerely apologise for not being able to make it for the sentosa outing), it did not seem that way. i guess that's a good sign in a way. as we tread down the road of life, do remember who you are and not lose that thought. we're all unique in our own way, and that's what's important.
before that, CNY is about a month away. do remember to buy your new clothes soon before prices start to jack up. or maybe they won't since recession is kinda bad recently. but i should be more worried about myself here since i'm earning the least among all the guys. or if you're looking for cheap clothes because recession has burned a hole in your pocket just like it did to mine, do buy them after CNY, that's when prices are at the rock bottom. or if not u can just get them at 3 for $10 at some pasar malam la.
and weiquan, u serious about running sundown marathon ar?
